If you are unhappy with your purchase, or item does not fit, please contact us within 30 days from order date to request an RMA. No returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
Large items that we sell are very heavy, and very costly to transport, if you would like to return an item, you must pay the original freight charge to you, and back to our warehouse. That is 2 shipping freight charages, each one ranges from $200-$400 each way depending on the weight, and size of a product. Before ordering its best to make sure it will fit your space, and nothing is in the way.
Please note there will be a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (freight charge to, and from you) - both ways. Bathroom products are very heavy, to return or exchange it is very problamatic, be sure what exactly you are ordering from us without making any costly mistakes.
Returning smaller items that can be UPS/ FedEx are easier to return, but you are still responsbile for 20% restock fee, and shipping charges (both ways)
Returns or Received Damaged:
We always make sure the customer is satisfied with the order. Our associates always process orders perfectly, to minimize any mistakes, and that all orders are always shipped on time.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
• Inspect all shipments upon arrival and before signing delivery receipts.
• If there is damage, you must refuse the order describe the damage on the delivery receipt. Simply write items arrived damaged.
• If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.
• Customer has 7 days from the day if receiving to report any concealed damage, any claims for concealed damage past 7 days will not be granted.
We want to be sure you are happy with us, and our product, and we want you to be careful what you are ordering, and check or damage before signing any documents.
