Order Cancellation:
• You have 24 hours from the time of payment to cancel the purchase. Please notify us by e-mail or calling us (888) 642-5118
• Orders cannot be canceled once item is shipping, and or 24 hours after winning the auction.
• If the purchased product has been shipped, and the buyer decides to cancel for whatever reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges to (customer) and back to us.
 
Please read below. We want you to be satisfied, and happy with our products. Any product questions? Feel free to call or e-mail anytime. Technical and installation questions? Most of the brands we sell offer support, and technical specs, if you have any inquires or concerns - please contact the product manufacturer directly via website or phone.
• Check products sizes, and specs before purchasing, we are not responsbile if item does not fit or abstructed by anything in your space.
• You can always call us to verify product size, and if it will fit your desired space based on the measurements you give us before you place the order.
 
Read below regarding receiving, and inspecting items below, you agree to follow these steps in order to receive replacements, or refunds for your purchases;
 
Inspect all items inside the box at the time of delivery before signing the receipt. Any signed documents stating "received in good condition" then once you open the content is damamged will void any warranty, and the right to provide any refund or exchange to you.
To prevent concealed damage, open top of the cart board, and inspect the item(s) inside. Please notify If there is any damage, big or small, please note on the receipt before signing, or you can refuse the delivery all together if appears badly damaged, and replacement will be shipped ASAP.
 
Things to look out for at the time of delivery:
• Any dents on box or visible samage to outside of the box
• Do the "shake" test to hear countertop or glass being broken inside.
• If cart board arrived with no pallete of wooden crate.
• Clear wrapping shrink wrap is torn or missing.
• Exterior box or cart board appears to be Wet, content may be damaged by water
• If there is visible damage, you must refuse the order describe the damage on the delivery receipt. Simply write items arrived damaged.
• If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.
• Customer has 7 days from the day if receiving to report any concealed damage, any claims for concealed damage past 7 days will not be granted
 
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
• Inspect all shipments upon arrival and before signing delivery receipts.
• If there is damage, you must refuse the order describe the damage on the delivery receipt. Simply write items arrived damaged.
• If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.
• Customer has 7 days from the day if receiving to report any concealed damage, any claims for concealed damage past 7 days will not be granted.
 
Returns Not Due to Damage: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from order date to request an RMA.
Please note there will be a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (freight charge to, and from you) - both ways. Bathroom products are very heavy, to return or exchange it is very problamatic, be sure what exactly you are ordering from us without making any costly mistakes. Upon agreeing to out "

Shipping and Receiving Products
US Shipping: FREE within the continental U.S.(Otherwise specified)
International Shipping? Ask us prior to purchase.
 
• Shipping is free unless specified, local delivered can be free, or for a small charge.
• We do not ship to P.O Box, APO or FPO.
• Ship Days (Monday through Friday).
• All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (some do take longer) 
• Some orders can take up to 7-14  business days to deliver 
• The tracking numbers will be emailed to the winning bidder after the package is packed, and shipped out.
• This item ships via LTL freight company 
• "Ship to address" cannot be changed after item is shipped
• Shipping company will call to schedule appointment a head of time (24 hours prior) for someone to be home to check and sign for it.
• This delivery is CURBSIDE only, drivers will NOT bring in the good for you.
• Palate or large box is brought closer to your house, but never brought inside by the driver, please make sure you have someone to help to bring the good after delivery is made.
• Before signing for it ,open immediately and inspect all content. if you see any damage note it on the paper, if you see ripped shrimp wrap, and item did not come on a palate, count the boxes to match what is on the document.
• You have 7 days you make any claims for the damage
